2.5 oz MUTINY Island Vodka® or
MUTINY Island Vodka® ROOTS
Juice of half of a lime
5 oz ginger beer
1/2 oz Falernum (optional)
Fill a copper mug with ice
Squeeze lime half into cup
Toss in the spent lime wedge
Add all other ingredients
Briefly stir

Island Mutini

2.5 oz MUTINY Island Vodka®
1/4 oz white vermouth
Add fresh ice and stir well
Strain and pour
Garnish with a lemon twist

Queen Bee

2 oz MUTINY Island Vodka®
1/4 oz St. Germain®
Squeeze 1/2 oz of lemon
1 oz grapefruit juice
½ oz ginger-honey syrup
Add fresh ice and shake well
Strain and pour
Garnish with a grapefruit twist

MAIMITI

1.5 oz MUTINY Island Vodka®
3/4 oz L.N. Mattei Cap Corse Blanc
1 bar spoon of Rose Water
1 bar spoon of Hibiscus Saccharum
9 dash of Bittermens Orchard Street celery shrub

Add celery shrub then the other ingredients in a shaker. Fill with ice and shake for 7 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a hibiscus flower from the saccharum. Recipe by Jose Pacheco, Mixologist, El Blok, Vieques PR

2 oz MUTINY Island Vodka®
1/2 oz lime
1.5 oz grapefruit
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh peeled aloe
2 slices of cucumber
Muddle cucumber and aloe in shaker. Add all other ingredients. Shake with ice for at least 20 seconds. Strain into Collins glass with ice. Garnish with cucumber
Mutiny of the Pain Killer

2.5 oz MUTINY Island Vodka®
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz Coco Lopez (or fresh coconut milk)
Freshly grated nutmeg
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Give it an island shake. Pour into glass. Grate whole nutmeg on top. Say goodbye to rum.
Island Cosmo

2 oz MUTINY Island Vodka®
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz lime juice
1 oz strong brewed hibiscus tea
Orange twist
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the orange twist.

2 oz Fresh coconut water
Lime wedge
Large ice cube
Pour all ingredients into rocks glass. Place large cube in glass or fill with rocks. Garnish with a lime wedge.

2 oz MUTINY Island Vodka® or Mutiny Coffee Infusion
1 oz coffee liquor
1 oz espresso
Splash of cream
Combine in a shaker over ice. Shake and finish with cinnamon.
